Amazon reviews

There's quite a lot of sexism, and male leaders don't care. I got placed on performance review because a male engineer my same level complained to our TPM. My other reviews, including those from my team, all met expectations. Any time they preach diversity, look at the room. I've seen panels for women in the workplace where there's only one woman in a 4 person panel. Laughable excuses at inclusion, and the LGBTQ+ affinity group basically told the trans people to start their own one when trans people were fighting against harmful books Amazon themselves say they wouldn't sell. All in all, this is the most toxic job I've worked.
