Pros
Great benefits. Education benefits within 90 days of employment. Health, vision, dental, and life insurance options available on day 1. You can pick the type of shift you want depending on what they have available. Lots of time off options. Every couple of years they've offered a raise to everyone. When I first joined, the base pay was 16.00 an hour. Now, it's 18.50. I have been there 2 years and I work nights, so my pay is at $23.10. Simple mudane work, and you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. It's perfect for those who don't wanna do customer service. Great exercise.
Cons
Can get very repetitive and boring. Long hours, so your body will hurt until you get used to it. Since computers monitor everything you do, depending on your position it's kinda easy to get written up if you make too many mistakes. If you don't have a degree, it's not easy to move up. You can, it will just take some time.
