Like every job, pay is awful. Job is boring, repetitive, and back-breaking. Very little downtime. 10 hour shifts, but you only get two 15 minute breaks, and one 30 minute unpaid lunch. Amazon is one of the richest companies in the world. They should be paying us all $30/hr+, give us at least three 20 minute breaks and an hour paid lunch. They can afford it. (And to be honest, any company that can't afford to pay people a livable wage should go out of business because their model is not sustainable. Americans are getting fed up with not being able to afford houses and cars, or even pay our bills on time. This is stuff our Boomer parents all had but we never will. Not even $20/hr is enough for the average American to survive on their own anymore, all thanks to Regan with his "Reganomics" BS that made the rich richer everyone else poorer, that still affects us all today. If you didn't enter the job market before the early 80s, you're pretty much screwed for your entire life, unless you have rich parents. Thanks, Republicans.)
