      Pros

      Fast paced environment, innovative thinking, very smart and talented employees, compensation is fair, your ability to learn and grown if infinite because the company is continuously growing

      Cons

      Leadership sits in ivory towers and does not understand the level of work required to complete tasks, promotions are extremely difficult to come by and a very tough culture to collaborate with since all your peers will be high performing, smart and very successful which means everyone is out for themselves to move upwards

      There's no interview process. Training sucks. False advertisement. Hard to get in touch with HR. Upper management communication is practically nonexistent. I called about another issue I was having on my first day, only to find out they suspended me because of an i-9 form that I correctly filled out and had proper identification for. I called HR to reslove the issue. They said they would call me back and I still haven't heard from them. This company is the definitiom of unprofessional. Not to mention, they tell you one thing at "orientation" and it's a totally different thing when you actaully start working(benefits, pay etc).

      Pros

      Accept new grad with a low bar, give almost everybody a chance if he is lucky. So it is a good place for you to start your career.

      Cons

      1. work life balance is bad 2. company culture is not friendly, treat employee bad 3. 50% SDE employee wont stay for two year
