Business Outlook
Pros
People across the board are open to helping you, which can be rare in the corporate space. There aren't unqualified people in the building, so anyone you speak with has some value that they bring to the table. It's a challenging environment that forces you to get better, which I appreciate.
Cons
Full time in office, morale is very low, management can make/break your experience and advancement. Low transparency on decision making, disconnected senior leadership to individual contributors, you're only a "number" in the company which de-values employees. Very low pay for the amount of work expected, no bonuses/commission is terrible to not have. Favoritism does come into play in certain scenarios.
