Pros

Pay. Sign on bonus. RSU. Direct reports work hard and have an interest in advancement. The ability to travel around the world is nice.

Cons

Mid and Upper management culture is about politics, politics, politics. More meetings about what is wrong than allowing managers and workers to work with their teams, and other teams, to provide an actual solution. Punitive paperwork. Performance "improvement" Plans which are nothing about improvement and all about making you miserable to 'weed' you out. Even though they will not admit to the workers, ratings are on a very strict quota. 10% or more will indeed be put on a performance improvement plan. It is not about individually ow they work, it is all about that quota. Secret internal feedback which is essential to your career, your raises, and basically anything about your continued employment.
