Pros

Good salary as well as decent accommodation compensation.

Cons

Amazon Instant Video Team- My mentor whose industry experience was about 1 year. He had no idea about design patterns or algorithmic complexity. His (Chinese) accent made it more worse. Nothing much to learn. Teammates were busy in support work. Any company in that salary range should be preferred over this.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Only a 4 day work week. They offer paid holidays and vacations time. They offer overtime pay.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Managers have no idea what they're doing and the shifts are chaos. You can sometimes be doing the exact thing every single day for a year straight.
