Not recommended for long term

Pros

If you have no certification or experience, this job can be an option for a few months. The pay is better than minimum wage in Florida, so it works for short term.

Cons

You start with a salary and can stay 10 years with no increase, no benefits, no recognition. Being a good driver or doing good deliveries does not give you bonuses or improvements. You will always stay the same as the first day.
