Health Benefits are top notch - save me $20k per year in premiums and deductibles alone from previous employer plan Stock awards each year, sometimes multiple vesting dates per year Other good benefits

Cons

Time off is meh Possible swing or night shifts without extra comp 401k is average at best (50 cent son the dollar to 2%) Stock bonuses are solid, but may take years to fully vest - example $25k award this year, only $10k vests in 2023, $8k in 2024, $7k in 2025 (based on current price)
