Pros

The pay was okay I guess

Cons

They don’t have accommodations for disabilities for customers or employees. I was told to hang up on people who didn’t speak English because we didn’t have translators for them. I was bombarded with questions when I took bereavement after my grandma died. I tried to report blatantly racist calls and was ignored. I tried to report being sexually harassed over the phone and was ignored. I was threatened on the phone and ignored. Don’t work for this company it’s terrible.
