This company can be highly demanding with managers working 11-14 hours sometimes 6 days/week. The more you accomplish, the higher the expectations. There's little reward present for the constant stress from upper leadership. There's a growing demand on AM workload, but they decided to forgo the annual performance-based wage increases indicating stocks were performing so well that the growth would compensate for the decreased wage increase,
