Pros

Infrastructure: The working area and office facilities are excellent and well-maintained. Employee Engagement: The company provides nice gestures like New Year and Diwali gifts. Team Culture: There are regular team lunches (about 4 times a year) which help with networking. Internal Mobility: Depending on your manager and luck with your team, there are opportunities to move from manual testing into automation or technical roles like Support, QA, or QAT.

Cons

Low Compensation: Starting salary is around ₹21,000 with very low annual increments (roughly 9% or ₹1,890), which does not match the brand value or the effort required. Career Perception: Outside of Amazon, the work is often viewed as "Non-Tech" because it is primarily manual testing. Limited Automation: Automation opportunities are not guaranteed; it depends heavily on your specific team assignment. Budget Constraints: Team outings are limited to lunches with strict budget caps; there are no company trips or larger offsites.
