Great access to tech to be innovative. Many smart and fascinating people there.

Cons

S-Team. They're so out of touch and wildly apathetic to employee engagement. Forced rto and rth mandates have driven morale into the ground. The culture is toxic now and the feeling of working there is one where you're just trying to survive.
