Pros

-average fulfillment center-type job in multinational corporation

Cons

-average fulfillment center type job -no meaningful benefits -no other incentive to improve apart from climbing the corporate ladder -the organization is very much top-down oriented, almost archaic. -the 14 (!!!) leadership principles get thrown around frequently, but are widely misunderstood and misused. Deteriorated into buzzwords. As with many other multinational corporations, this one also values people who are more vocal than hardworking, are willing to promote themselves without any real achievements and are able to substitute their personality with pretended values.
