-No on-boarding plan for QAE. QAE follow the same trainings given for SDEs -No proper process followed,defined in testing.Its all a race against time. -No tools for writing and maintaining testcases,no proper tools for logging of bugs,or nobody uses them. -No time for automation but expected to do it nonetheless. -May end up reporting to Developer manager. -No learning opportunities for QA.They are overloaded with work. -no team outings,team meetings or proper sprint plannings.Company is not even Agile to begin with. -average employee retention in 1.2 years.So most of the team you join will be new. -no people managers.Only technical managers. -everything runs through email from new features to schedules to bugs. -weird culture if that is what you want to call it.
