Pros

There are tons of smart people, something that I really missed when I left. Also, the company definitely takes a long-term focus, which is another thing that I sorely missed when I went to a company that was focused on the extremely short-term

Cons

Relatively long hours, but it really depends on the team and manager. The benefits are pretty crappy compared to other technology companies. Also, people are seen as somewhat expendable since so many people line up at the door to get hired.

Pros

An ocean of knowledge available to everyone, if you have thirst for learning whatever is your role you will have time and material to get better on anything you want.

Cons

Depending on the team you are and the manager you have it is difficult to see a career opportunity. Depending on your role the work could be monotonous sometimes.
