Pros

The pay rate is not bad for a warehouse job. The $12 an hour pay rate is worth the work.

Cons

Some of the floor managers are a little green but it is made up for by the experience of the other managers.

Pros

Very competent management. Talented and efficient colleagues.

Cons

Huge operational burden and "oncall" pain in most teams. Hard to move up. Difficult to work on big projects from scratch unless yo uare a principle engineer, which is really high up the ladder.
