Pros

Flexible hours for part timers and flex workers.

Cons

Heavily understaffed during different periods of the year. People are not the best workers, interview process is automated so they send an email with a orientation day. Average turnovers for part timers and flex is 3-6 months, managers is a year. No face-to-face interview process means you can't vet the people they hire.

Pros

I love the flexible scheduling. You can work nights if you can't do day time. If you need to take off you just take off, no manager approval needed. (As long as you have PTO and/or UPT points in the bank) You can also move your schedule around if life happens. They also have something called Career Choice for full-time employees. If you're trying to do school for the first time or go back, Amazon provides you 5k per year for schooling. That may not be alot if you're attending major university but it's enough for online schools like WGU. Also, once you get your degree, you still have the freedom to leave the company if you want with no expectations to stay. Pay is also decent if you do not have a lot of bills.

Cons

The work can be body breaking. Whether you are in packing, picking, ship dock, your body will hurt no matter how long you've worked there. A lot of drama in certain departments. Honestly, just show up do your job well and go home. Try to avoid gossip as best as you can. The pay, depending on what you're in the pay can be decent or not too good. For warehouse job, I think the pay is good but it's not sustainable in the long term if you have a lot of bills.

Pros

Not many pros left here. Money, maybe? But the way RSU's are issued, and how growth is baked into the grant, not really.

Cons

The culture is absolute worst. Your managers will be spineless, your work will be useless, you will see a revolving door.
