1) slow growth and limited opportunities within Amazon Dubai 2) Pay below market standards 3) Doesn't matter how you performed or how much is your work experience, you growth is dependent on at what level you start. 4) huge variation in the bar for each team. But pay is the same. Its all based on luck and not performance.
