Work with smart people (which everyone always says in the tech industry) and have the freedom to make real changes. Fast pace, never a shortage of things to do. Pay is competitive but unique to our culture

We move fast but teams don't always talk to each other about what they're doing. This can cause multiple teams solving the same problems.
