Alexa in 2023~2024 has multiple MAIN goals and the manager/director can not prioritize. They expect you achieve ALL of them at the same time. They micro manage what you would do even though it is two-way door. The boss forced me to leave amazon with minor reasons such as "you were late for a meeting" (one time and about 2 minutes). While my performance was great, the manager said "Amazon does not only look at performance" (which is ok but don't tell me also look at people only be late for one time for 2 minutes). The manager did not fill in my official performance review and kept saying my performance was not as good as I claimed based on dashboard data. Alexa Japan was really illogical and unfair/illegal-like organization.
