Pros

Competitive culture . Fast pace . Growth opportunities.Intercompany transfers are encouraged.

Cons

Inexperienced Managers , The leadership principles kill the human side of the job. Stack Ranking sucks. Highly experienced people are recruited at entry level and then made to report to inexperienced managers.

Pros

Work with amazing people, understand how to build and maintain real services.

Cons

Compensation model is attractive but realize you get nothing more in the first 4 years after you start. It really makes it hard to want to work a lot harder when you put in weekends and evenings to ship, get an amazing review, and no extra compensation because you negotiated hard when you came in.
