Pros

Great working culture and work life harmony Manager and colleagues have been very welcoming and supportive. Great working environment/resources. Onboarding process is executed very well.

Cons

Not as many employee perks as I original thought there would be but this is in line with one of their LPs. There are lots of resources but it would be "better" if they were all accessible from one page/place/locations.
