      Pros

      Amazing exposure and opportunity to robotics automation. Decent growth. You get to work with a lot of different automation technology. Intelligent team. Amazing leaders. Very supportive in helping you lay your career path.

      Cons

      Quite a bit of physical repetitive monotonous work.

      Pros

      In my prev. jobs have always been involved with Tech developement. Robotics Deployment isin't a normal day thing. Getting to know all the technologies from a deployment perspective is very refreshing. Opinions are respected and more important freedom to conceptualise and come up with improvement ideas is a welcome step.

      Cons

      The idea of travelling all through the year (mostly March-Oct) can be annoying but if you like traveling it is perfect.
