Pros

Actually touching products that people use Leadership principles can make bad people a little better Best customer-first company I've ever seen

Cons

Perverse incentives that make people learn to manipulate others or give it up to people who will Super political, even in smaller orgs Culture is very invasive-- so many people drink the koolaid and it's kinda sad Stressful on the mind; many people seem like they have constant anxiety and could 'crack' at any moment No such thing as 'controlled chaos', it's just chaos for employees and then orgs clean up the messes Unless you're fairly senior, you have no control in the org at all; nobody cares about good ideas, they want to do things that 'look good' primarily, and if they really make a difference later, it's fine No stability for decision making; people can criticize you for anything and there's no accountability at higher levels
