Pros

Amazon has it's own perks like work life balance, fixed timings, salary gets credit on last working day of month. You get to learn a lot, there are numerous opportunities and areas of growth you will learn a lot.

Cons

Growth opportunities are less due to a huge number of employees (depends upon the process you are working in)

Pros

Good benefits, stable job, steady work, remote

Cons

Not much guidance and very much so a learn everything yourself. The pay is not enough with the level of customer demands we receive. Amazon, takes forever to approve schedule changes and half of the time they are denied due to Amazon demand. Don't be surprised if your supervisors change every month, also don't be surprised if Amazon makes changes to your positions and skills depending on the demand.

Cons

Horrible training Impossible metrics to meet Horrible supervisor support Horrible job and very stressful You will literally be teaching yourself the job
