Calls flow is lower than CS. You have plenty of time to work on cases. It is more manageable to handle the AHT. Understanding if some metrics are outside the frame due to non controlled cases

Cons

You have to learn a lot. There's a high variety of issues, including on the same kind. High chance to receive cases that can take a lot of hours.
