Pros

We get goodies for peak and Diwali (the only good thing)

Cons

They treat employees like robots. The salary is extremely low, the hikes are insulting, and the overall work culture is downright pathetic. There is absolutely no work-life balance and the environment is constantly stressful, chaotic and mentally draining. Managers are completely unsupportive. Instead of helping, they pile on additional pressure even when you are already struggling. If you are dealing with any mental health issues, be prepared for things to get worse because the leadership shows zero empathy. There is no respect for employees, no matter how hard or consistently they work. Overall, this is one of the most demotivating and exploitative workplaces I have experienced.
