Pros

- Autonomy - Flexibility to work remotely as needed - Fast-paced, dynamic environment - Things get done here! - Encouragement to Think Big and take calculated risks - All decisions are based on data - numbers do the talking, not some smooth talker

Cons

- Can be political (like anywhere) - Needs more processes (not so much as to become bureaucratic, but more) - Ambiguity - you need to have the grit to carve out your own path here. No one will do it for you. - Open office environment - loud and tough to focus at times for an introvert like myself - Good managers are valued less than managers who drive their people hard to get financial results
