Pros

I thought the program was nice and easy to contribute since it is on your own time. There were a lot of training involved, so it is time consuming. I enjoyed it.

Cons

The pay wasn't very high, and it required 40 hours of training on your own in front of the computer screen. Can be boring at times and a lot of materials to get through.

Pros

Time flexibility, new technologies being used all around, enthusiastic people, responsibilities ,

Cons

Sometimes, you don't get what you expect for all the hard work you have put in. Hiring process is haywire. No benefits apart from salary. Policies try to make you a robot instead of a good developer.
