Pros
Really liked the LP culture. Team was very driven and execution oriented. Extremely high operations bar, lots to learn on how to do things right.
Cons
Specifically to my org - tons of bureaucracy, politics and being fake. Excessive planning that got in the way of getting products to customers and iterating on feedback. Life/Work balance was pretty terrible - as a manager living outside the US and working directly with the West coast, I worked most days 9am-9pm. Thankfully WFH during most of it due to COVID, but now the company is implementing RTO 3 days/week so that'll take a turn for the worse for many people in similar situations.
