      Its a great place to work if you are innovative and want to make things happen and try things out.

      Cons

      There are lots of tone-deaf decisions at the top that are causing top talent to leave and seek employment elsewhere. Probably the worst out of all the top companies to work at because of the low perks and stupid RTO decisions.
