Pros

Steep Learning curve - Lots of work -which is tricky, has a steep learning curve and on a grand scale. You get to work on components which literally effect Billions of customers Promotions - Has good mechanisms for promotions, rely more on employee output rather than time spent in company Compensation - High competitive compensation Inclusion and Easy to reach management

Cons

Work life balance - Is a bit low as the work stream never stops. If you like to take up work and challenges you will never get a break. But if you like a stable life you may opt for that as well (of course it will show up on the team promotions curve)

Pros

Satisfied with wonderful work mates, competitive salary, cool office (I hardly visit though) etc.

Cons

This can be applied to any organization under the WHF style, but I sometimes feel foreign while working at home.
