Scheduling is VERY flexible, teamwork is something this company pushes, pay is good for what is required.

Cons

Management plays favorites, good luck getting heard if the system says you weren't productive while clocked in, and HR isn't too helpful.

Lots of walking kept me in shape. Management leaves you alone if you get the job done

I worked third shift so the hours sucked. The work is also boring.
