      Great culture of empowerment and ownership. Doing the right think is always prioritized. Get to work with the smartest people in the industry. Always raises bar on every aspect.

      Nothing really. Compensation can be improved but otherwise its at par or better than most.

      For the very first time in my career, I have been not only valued for my leadership qualities but am expected to USE them. Such a free feeling. The culture at Amazon is one of a kind and greatly appreciated by me.
