Above average starting pay Can usually be rehired, multiple times Shift incentives

Cons

Must reach high productivity goals weekly or terminated Difficult to get from temp to permanent employee Alot of disorganization with higher ups (right hand never knows what the left is doing)

Not much training Can be stressful during peak season. Not for people who don't want to think.

Long hours, your just a number. Worse job I have ever had. Was Fired because they refused to give me my Vacation time.
