Pros

They hire English language learners. Diversity. They hire really old people too.

Cons

They promised seasonal holiday warehouse employees a $2000 bonus but they only paid $1000. It’s $1000 after a month. To get the other $1000 you have to make it to 6 months, however they let all of us go after the holidays ended which was only 2 months. There was never even an opportunity to make it to 6 months to get the full bonus.

Pros

If you work hard they leave you alone. Show up, do your stuff, they will leave you be and you will have a job as long as you want one. No politics. If you're a loner and don't want to talk to coworkers you will love it.

Cons

They will encourage you to break safety rules and then blame you when you get hurt. On the upside you mostly interact with bots for basic management stuff, on the downside you mostly interact with bots for basic management stuff. Nobody is really there to talk to if there is a system error, disability and leave is overworked and understaffed, you just get lost in the numbers.
