Pros

Its great place to work, everyone from any cadre works together to achieve the shifts goal.

Cons

the internal policies are a big ? every time you apply for a management role, you come to know that position has already been filled without even interview. at labor jobs, some roles are justified with the pay but many are not. tier I to Tier III is not a big difference when it comes to pay but job responsibilities do differ a lot.
