Pros

Weekly pay depending on what position you have, some room for growth, no strict dress code policy, some bonus and free shoes from zappos.

Cons

There are a lot of times where you are overworked and exhausted. In the delivery stations, you may have a specific job description but management will ask you to do something completely different while you already have current tasks that need to be completed. They will ask you to do hard labor, then do tasks that do not belong to you, work you for a good portion of your day then ask you to leave early without pay after you’ve just did several things out of your job description. They demoted all their level 3 employees to Tier 3 so they could have them do work that is outside of their everyday responsibilities.
