Pros

The pay is the only pro

Cons

Managers are not treated like people. Amazon preaches all this bs to the employees but once you put the work in to move up, you don’t get to be a person. You’re expected to be perfect all the time and nothing you do is ever good enough to make people happy. The employees cry and complain over everything while management is so stressed we just wish we could take a week off like they get to do but yet WE are the ones who need to improve. When you’re a manager, the manager above you does NOTHING yet they get paid the big bucks to speak on behalf of the department even when they’re dumb and wrong.

Pros

Loved the structure and possibility of promotion.

Cons

Worked additional hours that were not scheduled. (Not a big deal for me, others may not approve)
