Pros

-The Brand name is the gold standard for freshers to start with. -The leadership principles is the best out there and helps broaden your perspective towards the work culture -Shiny pay scale for unemployed freshers

Cons

-Newly hired senior management, specifically in TRMS are more into micro-management. Since their induction, the work culture is gradually being changed into those of a BPO -Schedule keeps changing very often and compulsion of working night shifts with bad week offs takes a toll on your health -Imbalance in Work-Social life -No learning curve, you're just fulfilling the business requirement - Low pay scale and hike -No guarantee regarding the Allowances, since this depends on the specific process that you're aligned which again they say is based on the business requirement which always changes.

Pros

Amazon - The name in itself is a pro. However, to break this down some really awesome things at Amazon are: 1. Flexible working hours (Sometimes) 2. Transport Service 3. Adequate Leaves 4. Transparency 5. You get to be the leader 6. Growth - if you are serious

Cons

The only con there are a lot lot of employees, so growth options are limited when they come. There are a lot of people willing to be at that position / internal opening.
