Not the worst, but great benefits
Pros
Benefits is the best thing about working for Amazon. How you are treated all depends on which site you work at. I have worked at multiple sites and determined that my current site is actually one of the best, despite the issues. At my current site, I have great co-workers and direct managers, but once you get above my direct managers, you start to lose trust. Since we don't deal with upper management very often, it isn't too bad.
Cons
Being on the TOM team means you get ignored from the rest of the building a lot unless you are needed. TOM works outside, but the building refuses to help provide more shade opportunities when working out in extreme heat of triple digit temperatures. It is hard to move up the ladder unless you know the right people. Being better at your job than others doesn't mean much.
