Pros

Cheap healthcare options and the 4 day workweek.

Cons

Where do I start. Low pay for the productivity, awful STAR method interview managers, the wrong people the vast majority of the time get promoted, they hire to fire, the turnover rate is insane, it is a company ran by numbers and the numbers they use to make decisions are wrong, incompetent “leaders”, these people have zero leadership qualities, they make up so many rules that not even Superman himself could keep up with all of them, just an easy way to fire you if they want to. I could go on and on about this horrible company. The only way I would suggest working for these terrible people is if it saved you from going homeless.
