I worked on some of the most exciting and innovative projects of my career with some of the smartest and most talented people I've ever met. Work felt like play in many aspects because of the freedom I had to explore and develop the concepts I was most inspired by; be them mine or someone else's. And I was able to sleep well every night knowing I was working in service of our customers needs - not the business's quarterly report.

Cons

Every year, I received high praise during my reviews, and every year, the company's yearly compensation adjustments underwhelmed me. The cost of living increased at a greater rate than my pay - earning me less and less every year. And promotions are practically unheard of. The process requires a tremendous amount of time and effort from managers, and they are given no intensive to promote from within the team.

Pros

Great mentors and culture. Good opportunities for learning. A lot of flexibility. They are genuinely interested in your growth.

Cons

Work hours too many, but fun work. I think the hierarchy makes it less transparent. But that would be the case for any company. I think the Chennai campus could be made better.
