1. A lot of advanced technologies and management knowledges can learn. 2. The whole organization grows very fast, so you can find yourself grow fast as well. 3. Manager supports and guides a lot instead of making judgement. 4. Work with experts, everybody knows how to appreciate your work and finish their tasks.

Cons

1. Understand all the acronyms and terminologies needs times. 2. Work and life balance is not that well at first 3 month because of so many onboarding materials and the first round of work tasks.

Pros

Almost all teams are growing quickly and looking for new ideas - if you want to supercharge your career by taking on big initiatives and coming up with new ideas to push through, this is a great company.

Cons

Promotion process is a very long and difficult process, and the individual looking to be promoted has to manage 90% of the work. You have to demonstrate you're operating at the level you're looking to be promoted to for at least 6 months, write a document with all of your evidence, and then wait for a quarter-long process - often to find out at the end you're missing a certain set of evidence so you have to wait another quarter to re-apply. This process by nature rewards employees who are confident in their abilities, and quick to voice why they should be promoted. This process hurts employees who are heads down on their work, soft-spoken, or not as confident in their abilities (regardless of what their abilities actually are). Pay is also quickly becoming very non-competitive against other companies.

Cons

The downside is only if you are not thinking creatively to solve what is bothering you. There are mechanism and leaders to solve and listen to your concern.
