You get paid I guess

Cons

You are constantly being watched and told your performance on how fast you pick/pack in the warehouse. If you move too slow a condescending associate will tell you that you need to almost run without clashing into others in the warehouse. You will be called out on how long you take bathroom breaks for. I was told being in the bathroom for 3 minutes was too long.

New place very disorganized. Also moved around alot too much problems on picker side cause of shutdowns from robots.
