Flexible schedule and overtime hours, PTO and nice people to work with with decent pay

Could get repetitive, but there is new things to learn occasionally

Pros

Pay is decent, calm environment, they try to reward your success with pins, able to get certifications and training, some supervisors are great and supportive and clean environment to work at.

Cons

12 hours shifts are gruesome, as an Amazon worker we should get perks like Prime or discounts on products, very fast paced and short lunch breaks (cafeteria very far from where I am at), Hours accrued are great for 6 months and then it changes to a certain amount per year.
