Great for starting off an IT career, but you will soon want to move on and find something a little more challenging or less mundane. Meeting metrics will strictly depend on queue size and if you teammates snip the queue to take all of the easier tickets. Other than that not too bad.

Cons

Your experience will be made or broken by whoever your manager is. Luckily mine has been great.
