Pros

Amazon Web Services has been nothing short of amazing, from their coordinated training plans, access to job growth, etc. Autonomy in my job, great salary/benefits, teammates, and work/life balance make AWS within Amazon a great place to work.

Cons

Your job satisfaction and work/life balance WILL depend on what team you are looking to get into at Amazon. If you choose to go the retail/Alexa routes, beware that the work/life balance (and pay) will not be as good. As far as cons within AWS, I haven't hit any yet.
