Pros

Great place to learn for your career development.

Cons

Executive management is not straight up with employees about job security. Your role could be eliminated and completely catch you off guard.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Company is great to work at but when it comes to messaging about major changes, it feels cold. For example, they wanted us to jump on the AI train. I was one of the first adopters, got really comfortable with it and streamlining my workflows, and was teaching classes to make people more efficient. I was told regularly I was a top performer from my manager and I'm doing everything right so I should be safe. But I just got laid of this morning without much of an explanation. I'm locked out of my laptop and there's little to no communication to help me understand what happened.
